As an owner, The Home Club has some massive advantages over other buildings. Firstly, the management company have recently been kicked out and a new one based in Tignes has been elected – they’re doing a great job. The main thing is that this apartment does not have it’s own heating or hot water service – it’s all done centrally for the whole building. This means that you don’t have any boiler maintenance / breakdown costs, and there is always stacks and stacks of hot water.
It’s a hassle free apartment that can be locked up and left, and when you need it you simply walk in the front door.
